७वां वेतन आयोग: कर्मचारियों को होंगे क्या फायदे, मोदी सरकार ने ७वें वेतन आयोग के तहत केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के भत्तों को मंजूरी दे दी है। आइए जाने ७वें वेतनामान आयोग की बातें –
सरकार के इस फैसले से ३४ लाख सिविल व १४ लाख सैन्य बल कर्मचारियों को लाभ मिलेगा। ७वें वेतनमान आयोग ने १९७ भत्तों का परीक्षण किया। जिसमें ५३ भत्तों को खत्म कर दिया गया है। वहीं ३७ अन्य भत्तों ख़त्म किया गया है।
- महंगाई भत्ते के अनुसार एचआरए दिया जाएगा।
- इसको लागू करने से सरकार पर ३०७४८.२३ करोड़ का अतिरिक्त बोझ पड़ेगा।
- सामान्य स्थिति में X, Y और Z कैटेगरी के शहरों के लिए क्रमशः २४, 16 और ८ प्रतिशत होगा।
- तीनों कैटेगरी में न्यूनतम एचआरए ५४००, ३६०० और १८०० रुपये होगा।
- महंगाई भत्ते के अनुरूप एचआरए में बदलाव होगा।
- २५ प्रतिशत डीए होने पर एचआरए २७, १८ और ९ प्रतिशत होगा।
- ५० प्रतिशत डीए होने पर एचआरए ३०, २० और १० प्रतिशत होगा।
पेंशनर्स के लिए
- फिक्स्ड मेडिकल अलाउंस को ५०० रुपये प्रतिमाह से बढ़ाकर १००० रुपये प्रतिमाह किया गया है।
- कॉन्सटेंट अटेंडेंस अलाउंस को ४५०० रुपये से बढ़ाकर ६७५० रुपये किया गया है।
- नर्सिंग अलाउंस को ४८०० रुपये से बढ़ाकर ७२०० रुपये प्रतिमाह किया गया है।
- ऑपरेशन थियेटर अलाउंस को ३६० रुपये से बढ़ाकर ५४० रुपये प्रतिमाह किया गया है।
- हॉस्पिटल पेशेंट केयर अलाउंस को २०७०-२१०० से बढ़ाकर ४१००-५३०० प्रतिमाह किया गया है।
सेना के जवानों के लिए
- सियाचिन एलाउंस के लिए ७वां वेतन आयोग ने ३१,५०० रुपये के भत्ते की घोषणा की थी जिसे बढ़ाकर ४२,५०० रुपये कर दिया गया है।
- वहीं लेवल ९ से निचली जगहों पर दिए जाने वाले भत्ते को २१ हजार से बढ़ाकर ३० हजार रुपये किया गया है।
- पीस एरिया में जवानों को राशन मनी एलाउंस कैश के रूप में दिया जाएगा।
