यदि आप इस रसमलाई को बनाना चाहते हैं तो तीन से चार अंडे कच्चे तोड़कर सौ ग्राम दूध के पाउडर में मिला लीजिए। अब दो लीटर दूध को उबाल लीजिए। उबलने के बाद दूध काफी गाढ़ा हो जाए तो मिक्स अंडे को इसमें मिला दीजिए। फिर चीनी मिलाइए, और फिर थोड़ी देर और उबलने दीजिए। आप इसमें फ्लेवर भी डाल सकते हैं। आपकी रसमलाई तैयार हो गई।

इस रसमलाई की खासियत है कि इसको सामान्य तापमान पर भी एक माह से ज्यादा तक रखा जा सकता है।
